By downloading or using the I Love Vinyls app ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Licence

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own, non-commercial record-cataloguing.

Third-party data

Album metadata and cover images are provided by Discogs and remain the property of Discogs and their respective rights holders. Your use of Discogs data is subject to Discogs' own terms. The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discogs.

Your data

Your collection is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own data — including any loss that results from deleting the App, losing your device, or a device failure. The App does not currently provide cloud backup.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that catalog lookups will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, as that data comes from a third-party service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
